Daily Introspection - Create More Meaning In Your Life

Often our most meaningful moments occur when we connect with others - the people we love, the activities we enjoy and ourselves. This exercise can bring wonderful rewards for several reasons:

  • You are acknowledging meaningful moments
  • You are thinking about how you can create more meaningful moments
  • You are connecting to your authentic self

Follow These Steps

  1. Write down a list of the most important people or areas in your life you would like to regularly connect with. The categories can change over time. Come up with a list that feels right for you right now. Examples could include: boyfriend/girlfriend, family, friends, school work, career, health, hobbies, me.

  2. On the table below, identify who or what area you connected with and how you did so.

  3. In addition, you may want to think about the next day and how you plan to connect with the important areas and/or people in your life.
